This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
These are the appropriate routes for the most common Vernon Parish requests:
- A 30th JDC docket or file: contact the Vernon Parish Clerk, because no complete public statewide trial-court search was verified
- A court date or setting: check the court calendar, or confirm the setting with the clerk of court
- Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
- A specific case: provide the court, parties, approximate date, division, and case number if it is known
- Court records and case files: use the Clerk’s court-records process, or contact the clerk for the court that heard the matter
For 30th JDC dockets and records, the primary counter is Jeff Skidmore, Vernon Parish Clerk of Court, 215 S. 4th Street, Leesville, LA 71446, (337) 238-1384. The clerk’s weekday hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The court’s own office schedule is 8:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; confirm the needed department before visiting. Mail copy requests to P.O. Box 40, Leesville, LA 71496-0040. Courthouse access rules currently prohibit purses, backpacks, and cell phones.
